# Green Salad to Serve with Meat

A simple lettuce salad with radishes and Kalamata olives in a lemon, date syrup and balsamic dressing, which I serve alongside meat dishes.

## What you need

- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 6 radishes
- 18 pitted Kalamata olives

### Dressing

- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp silan (date syrup)
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper

## How I make it

1. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well. Tear by hand into bite-size pieces.
2. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together well.
3. Cut the radishes into matchsticks.
4. Toss everything with the dressing in a very large bowl, season with salt and pepper and serve.
