# Roasted Bell Peppers in Garlic Sauce

Strips of colorful roasted peppers that I dress with lemon, garlic, dill, and oil. It's a simple salad that goes with any meal.

## What you need

- 4 Bell peppers in assorted colors (or just red)
- 2 Garlic, diced
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Dill
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper

## How I make it

1. Roast the peppers on the grill until the skin blackens.
2. Put them in a plastic bag, tie it closed, and let them cool.
3. Peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and slice the peppers into strips.
4. Season with lemon, salt, pepper, dill, oil, and garlic.
