A simple oil cake with orange or pomelo juice and coconut, which I mix entirely in the food processor.

How I make it

Put the oil, sugar, and eggs in a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process well.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until the batter is smooth.
Transfer to a greased and floured pan and bake for 45 minutes.
