Ingredients: 5¼ oz Softened butter; 1¼ cups Sugar; 6 Eggs (Separated); 1½ tbsp All-purpose flour; 1 package Baking powder (Packet); 2¾ oz Grated dark chocolate; 1 Lemon (Juice and zest); Vanilla extract (A few drops); 3 tbsp Cocoa powder; 5 oz Shredded coconut; ½ cup Strong coffee, cooled

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Mix the butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour, baking powder, chocolate, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, cocoa, and coconut until the batter is smooth.

Whip the egg whites and fold them into the batter.

Pour into a pan and bake for about 40 minutes, until the cake turns golden.

Right after baking, pour the coffee over the cake and serve.
