How I make it

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Whip the egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
Mix the egg yolks, butter, remaining sugar, and cocoa together until smooth.
Slowly add the milk and flour.
Gently fold the two mixtures together.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
