# Baked Chili and Sesame Wings

I first cook chicken wings in water, then bake them in the oven with sweet chili sauce, olive oil, and sesame seeds until the sauce clings to them.

## What you need

- 2¼ lb Chicken wings
- 5 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
- 5 tbsp Olive oil (or coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (regular or black)
- 1 pinch Paprika
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

## How I make it

1. Put the wings in a pot with water to cover by 3/4 inch and bring to a boil.
2. Lower the heat and cook for 12 minutes, until the wings are completely cooked through. Drain and set aside to cool.
3. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
4. In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, oil, sesame seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Add the wings and toss to coat. Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the wings are browned and the sauce clings well. Remove carefully and serve right away.

## What I've learned

- I can cook the wings in water up to 2 days ahead.
